Former Vice President Mike Pence recently joined The FOX News Rundown to discuss the ongoing conflict in Iran, as well as the recent release of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s COVID-era diary.
Pence was candid about his skepticism regarding the Trump administration’s ability to secure a lasting peace deal with Iran, arguing that Tehran does not feel like it is losing–and that only the U.S. military can end these decades-long tensions.
The former Vice President, who also headed the Coronavirus Task Force in 2020, weighed in on Dr. Fauci’s recent Senate testimony, where Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment rights over 100 times. Pence discusses the glaring inconsistencies between his private conversations with Fauci over the years and what these newly released diaries reveal.
