Suffolk County prosecutors collected 23 voluntary DNA samples in Manhattan’s Chinatown as part of a new effort to identify “Asian Doe,” an unidentified murder victim whose remains were discovered near the Gilgo Beach killings in 2011 and whose death has not been charged to Rex Heuermann.
