Evening Edition: U.S. Military Expands Strikes on Iran, Is Regime Change Back on the Table?
U.S. forces stepping up attacks on Iranian military infrastructure targeting operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, and drone storage facilities, aimed at further degrading Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping. President Trump warned that bridges and power plants will soon be targeted, along with the Pickaxe Mountain facility, after Israeli intelligence reportedly assessed that Iran has transferred uranium enrichment centrifuges to the underground compound there. Iran’s Foreign Minister said they are taking an ‘eye for an eye’ approach when dealing with the U.S., and their Mideast neighbors that are supporting U.S. forces.
FOX’s John Saucier speaks with FOX’s Steve Harrigan, reporting from Tel Aviv, Israel, who says it looks like both sides are far from a diplomatic solution.
