So that nor’easter storm that kind of went up the coast the other day, you know, while everybody was freezing their butts off, down in Palm beach, baby, 70 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, no humidity. They’re not going back. Their taxes are lower. The weather’s better. And it’s just a land of common sense and opportunity. They ain’t going back.”
