Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO) joined Brian Kilmeade to discuss the ongoing peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. Crow is supportive of peace talks but feels it sends a negative message to Ukraine that we spoke with Russia first. Crow said Ukraine is our ally and we should have spoken to them before Russia. Crow would like for us to have a framework that prioritizes American and Ukraine’s interests and to send a very strong message that we are going to stand by Ukraine. Crow says it was painful to hear President Trump say that Ukraine started the war with Russia. Crow pointed out the war did not start in 2022 but started in 2014 and the Ukrainians have been fighting and defending their territory since that time.

Congressman Crow also discussed the controversy with Tren de Aragua (TDA) gang members in Aurora, Colorado taking over apartment complexes. Crow, who represents Aurora, believes we should go after violent criminals if they are here illegally. What Crow has a problem with is when people distort the nature of the issue. Crow does not believe the apartment complexes were taken over and hearing President Trump say Aurora is taken over by illegals is part of the problem.
