There have been four sitting United States presidents that have been killed by an assassin. Last July, President Donald Trump, then the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party, survived an assassination attempt at rally in Pennsylvania. A new book tells the little-known story about the first assassination attempt on John F. Kennedy, right before his inauguration and looks into the mind of those who want murder the leader of the free world.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers speaks with Brad Meltzer, author of ‘The JFK Conspiracy: The Secret Plot to Kill Kennedy―and Why It Failed’, who shares a bit about the book and what he has learned about the profile of presidential assassins.
