To Change Clocks or Not to Change Clocks

President-Elect Trump thinks it’s time to end Daylight Saving Time shenanigans.

Do you agree?

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

Spring ahead, fall back, or just keep it the same. That is the question when it comes to the Daylight Saving Time controversy.

President Elect Donald Trump took to social media to make it clear where he stands, writing, “the Republican Party will use its best efforts to eliminate Daylight Saving Time, which has a small but strong constituency, but shouldn’t! Daylight Saving Time is inconvenient, and very costly to our Nation.”

This proposition has been attempted several times but has never made it over the finish line.

Many Americans don’t understand why a 1942 wartime measure designed to maximize daylight during the summer months is still in place today.

Arizona and Hawaii have long opted to keep their clocks the same all year round and most countries around the world don’t observe a time change.

Could Trump’s proposal be the first of many bipartisan moves in his second administration?

Only TIME will tell!
