Rupa Subramanya, reporter for The Free Press, spoke to Brian Kilmeade about the rising trend of debanking in America where financial institutions have been kicking conservatives and prominent figures, such as Melania Trump, off the financial grid. Rupa explained how this all began under the Obama presidency with Operation Choke Point which targeted the gun and pot industries until it was stopped under President Trump and is now back under the Biden presidency. Rupa further explained how the Bank Secrecy Act, which was strengthened after 9/11 to go after terrorists in foreign countries, was weaponized using the financial system against ordinary Americans. Rupa shared how she spoke to an FBI whistleblower who testified before the House Judiciary Committee a couple of years ago, who said and that Bank of America volunteered the banking information of anyone who was in and around Washington D.C. on January 6th, despite the FBI not asking for this information.

Rupa also talked about the growing disillusion among young Canadians toward Canadian PM Justin Trudeau as they grapple with taxes, inflation, and economic stagnation, along with his failed promise to legalize cannabis. Another issue among the younger voters toward Trudeau is legal migration. Rupa also weighed in on Justin Trudeau meeting with President-elect Donald Trump, something she wishes Trudeau did before the election.
