“Democrats very much want to say, hey, it’s the job of the government to put their thumb on the scale to make sure certain things get built faster. Republicans tend to approach this issue by saying the best way to allow for us to meet our energy demands and to grow our economy is to make sure that government isn’t an impediment to building anything. We hear a lot you know, I’ve heard President Trump say, bring back drill, baby, drill on the campaign trail. But I really think the message of this administration is going to be build, baby, build. They want to build everything. We’re going to see more energy across the country being built, be it natural gas, be it renewables, be it nuclear power, because we got to have all of it in order to meet our energy demand.”
