In case forced Pride Nights in sports weren’t enough, there’s also apparently a National Gay Flag Football League.
Just what America needs, right?
This week the Buffalo Bills announced plans to subsidize the city’s National Gay Flag Football League Chapter.
In a statement the NGFFL commissioner said,
“Our mission is to unite the community through the spirit of competition while celebrating our diversity. By fostering an environment where everyone is welcome, we aim to build a stronger, more inclusive Buffalo.”
I’m confused. Why do you have to “create” an environment where everyone is welcome? Are gay people currently not allowed in the regular NFL? Because umm..last time I checked they were.
This is yet another worthless virtue signal in a DEI push that actual sports fans don’t give a crap about. So good job on nothing.
Not everything has to be about sexuality! Especially sports!
