Retired NYPD inspector Paul Mauro joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his current assessment of the case being presented by the prosecution in former President Trump’s Manhattan trial.

“At some point here, the prosecution’s case better come together and synchronize, because as of now, the prosecution’s case is starting to look an awful lot like a defense case. They keep putting on witnesses who are equivocating, who say things that could be taken, actually, in Trump’s favor. And, you know, David Pecker as their lead witness to start the case off I think set the tone. One of the things he said that didn’t get a lot of play, but it’s very surprising to me it has not, is that he said that after he negotiated with Cohen, Michael Cohen for the payoffs, he later saw Donald Trump and mentioned it to him, and Donald Trump didn’t know what he was talking about. And so there goes this idea that the entire case is predicated upon, that this mysterious second charge that’s hanging out there someplace has to do somehow or other with some conspiracy to somehow cover up a legal deal, frankly, an NDA to therefore influence the election. This whole thing is really a house of cards, and I think it’s starting to come apart.”

Jimmy and Paul also discuss the anti-Israel protests that have been taking place on college campuses throughout the country. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they talked about!
