Newsom POSTPONES “State of the State” Address

Uh-oh! Governor Gavin Newsom has POSTPONED his State of the State address!

Sounds like trouble in paradise…

Today was SUPPOSED to be California Governor Gavin Newsom’s State of the State address but alas, it has mysteriously been postponed…

His office said he is holding off until he has “more clarity” on some of the state’s biggest issues like homelessness, mental health care and that giant budget gap problem. 

Well..if Newsom is waiting for his state to turn around before he gives his address he is going to be postponing until hell freezes over or pigs fly, whatever comes first! 

This all comes as Gavin is facing yet another recall attempt and a budget deficit of reportedly around $68 billion dollars!

Oh, and then there’s that little nagging conspiracy theory of mine that Gavin is holding off and holding out on delivering his address because he is running for president in November and doesn’t want to tarnish his reputation and record by detailing just how badly his state is doing! 

Gavin is sweating this one and he should be!
