CA Woman Stabs her Boyfriend 108 Times, Gets Probation

The California woman who stabbed her boyfriend 108 times walks away with probation.

I know California is soft on crime but this next scenario is wild, even by Cali standards.

The California woman who was convicted of stabbing her boyfriend 108 times in a so-called “‘cannabis-induced psychosis’ will walk away with just 2 years probation and 100 hours of community service.

The judge in Ventura County ruled that she had “no control of her actions” due to her drug-induced psychotic episode, and therefore will get a mere slap on the wrist.

Side note, she also stabbed her dog while under this psychotic rampage.

Ya know, I’m no legal expert but it would seem to be that if you choose to do drugs, you should be responsible for your actions, even on said drugs.

Her boyfriend is dead. She did it. And yet, she walked away from this with a simple probation requirement?!

California, man! I shouldn’t be surprised!
