1122 King Road marks the address of a student rental house near the University of Idaho. The house, once filled with laughter and smiles from the students that lived inside, now sits vacant and boarded up, stained with blood and memories of the horrific crimes that occurred within. On November 13th, 2022, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were stabbed and murdered within the home. This week, the FBI returned to the crime scene to gather evidence and information to construct a physical model of the house that can be used in the trial of the accused killer, Bryan Kohberger.
Attorney and retired NYPD Inspector Paul Mauro discusses the significant legal developments within the case and explains the role DNA evidence will play during the trial. Later, he shares how the possibility of the death penalty could extend the timeline of the court case.
