Shannon Bream: You can’t use race as a factor

Shannon Bream, chief legal correspondent & Anchor of Fox News Sunday joined Guy Benson to discuss the monumental decision by the SCOTUS to strike down Affirmative Action among other important legal decisions made this week.

Bream said this about the decision so strike down Affirmative Action.

“The Chief Justice… is saying essentially the way these two schools are handling the issue of race is not constitutional. You should be looking at challenges the students have overcome, their personal assets, their personal stories… when you make a decision just on the basis of skin color, you are actually perpetuating racism against other groups.”
