Columnist for Townhall.com Derek Hunter joins Fox Across America With guest host Joe Concha to give his take on whether the Department of Justice actually has a solid case against former President Trump following his Tuesday arrest for allegedly mishandling classified documents.
“The Justice Department hasn’t even bothered to explain what about this case makes it more egregious than Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump had the ability to declassify documents. He’s alleged to have had those documents after and talked about them after he had that ability, but he had the ability to declassify documents. Hillary Clinton, in her entire life has never possessed that power. Joe Biden in his entire life until January 20th, 2021, didn’t have the ability to do that. Yet both of them engaged in very similar, and since we don’t know the content of the documents, perhaps more egregious instances of this and didn’t even get a slap on the wrist. I guess Hillary kind of got a you really shouldn’t have done that talking to ala Ward Cleaver from James Comey. But that was it.”
