Dr. Marty Makary Reacts To Fauci Blameshift Over COVID Lockdowns: ‘Really Wish He Would Have Just Said, Gosh, I Got It So Wrong’

Dr. Marty Makary, Fox News Contributor and Professor Of Health Policy At The Johns Hopkins School Of Public Health joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss former NIAID director Anthony Fauci’s latest pandemic lookback magazine spread where he attempts to absolve himself of responsibility for covid-19 lockdowns.

Makary reacted to Dr. Fauci’s attempt to whitewash his role in ordering COVID lockdowns saying,

“You know, I really wish he would have just said, Gosh, I got it so wrong. I feel terrible. A generation of children with massive learning loss and worsening mental health problems. I feel terrible. I’m sorry. That’s the response. I think that would go a long way with the American public not rewriting history, because let’s remember how critical he was of Governor DeSantis reopening schools. I mean, he was coming out swinging.”
