South Carolina Republican Congressman Russell Fry joins Fox Across America With guest host Sean Duffy to share his reaction to former President Trump being charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

“Well, I think it’s a tragedy. I mean, you look at where we are. This has never been done before. And I can’t underscore that enough. I mean, there’s been so many norms that seem to be shattered every single day by the Left. And this is just another one. And I think this tears at the fabric of the rule of law, who we are as a people, where you have a state district attorney that has taken it upon himself to campaign on prosecuting Donald Trump, ignoring the crime in his own city, and then finding a way to level charges against the former president. I think it’s a sad day for the country. I think it’s a sad day for the rule of law.”

Rep. Fry also sheds light on the House Judiciary’s ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden’s shady overseas business dealings. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
