Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) spoke to Brian Kilmeade about his questioning of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in front of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee. Senator Cornyn says he was angry at Mayorkas insisting that the border is secure and that we don’t have a problem and called him a pathological liar. Cornyn was also angry with Mayorkas when he did not have common decency and refused to apologize to the parents of teenage sons who died from fentanyl poisoning. On the Nashville shootings, Cornyn believes we need to find out more about the history of the shooter to see if she had a record of mental illness or commitment or treatment which would have disqualified her from being able to legally purchase firearms.
