Ohio Republican Congressman Jim Jordan joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on newly released emails revealing Dr. Anthony Fauci commissioned a paper to disprove the COVID-19 lab leak theory, which was published just weeks before the onset of the pandemic.
“They were sending our tax dollars to a lab in China that wasn’t up to code for doing the gain of function research that was happening. So yeah, they wanted to protect that. And of course, Fauci keeps saying, no, no, no. They’ve changed the definition on the CDC website. When the Biden administration came in, they changed what they defined as gain of function. So that’s what they’re trying to hide. And while everyone else, when this thing breaks out, is figuring out how we’re going to deal with this pandemic, this virus, which obviously impacted the world in the huge way it did, people lost their lives, businesses, all kinds of crazy things. So while everyone’s focused on that, Fauci’s focused on covering his backside because our money to a lab in China that wasn’t up to code, that was doing gain of function research. And here’s what else they did. When that was going on, after we get those emails and the conference call and three days later, they change their story, they get this article published and Fauci helps edit the article and then cites it from the White House as reasons why this didn’t come from the lab. So the plan to tell us something wasn’t true just was pretty elaborate.”
