Bill Melugin: We’re On Track This Fiscal Year To Hit Upwards Of 2.7 To 3 Million Migrant Encounters At Southern Border

Bill Melugin, National correspondent for Fox News joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss the latest record-breaking border numbers as springtime approaches and more migrant caravans are expected to make their way to the U.S. southern border.

Melugin reported on the latest numbers and what to expect this spring saying,

“Fiscal year 2023 is already on pace to beat last year, which set the all time record, which beat 2021, which set the all time record. So we are on track this fiscal year to potentially hit upwards of 2.7 to 3 million migrant encounters. And the expectation is once the springtime gets here, what you’re looking at late March, April, May, June, once we hit those prime months, we’re going to start seeing a rise in those numbers again.”
