Nikki Haley Announces 2024 Run

So Nikki Haley is officially running for President in 2024 and I’ve got some thoughts.

So the cat is out of the bag, former South Carolina Governor and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley is running for President in 2024.

And in other news, paint is drying somewhere.

Sorry guys, this just doesn’t excite me.

In her announcement tweet she said it’s time for a new generation of leadership and she is right, but I don’t think it’s her that we want or need.

Now don’t get me wrong, on paper, she makes a great candidate. She’s accomplished, educated, a daughter of immigrants, South Carolina’s first female governor- all great stuff but sorry, not sorry, I don’t think she’s got a snowball’s chance in hell.

First of all, she said in 2021 she wouldn’t run against Trump. A woman can change her mind but it’s worth noting the flip-flop.

And furthermore, I think we all know this race is gonna be Trump versus DeSantis and the only Republican announcement many of us give a hoot about is Governor DeSantis’.

Good for Nikki Haley for having the gusto to make the attempt but just like her announcement video, I predict she will fall very flat and very quickly!

This is a Don versus Ron race!
