The Fentanyl CRISIS

Federal drug agents in LA seized enough fentanyl this year to kill every resident in 7 counties.

But don’t worry, that border is still wide open!

At the end of each year we reflect on what went wrong and while there’s a whole lot to reflect on this year, the flow of deadly drugs into the USA should be at the top of our list.

This year alone, The DEA confiscated 7 million fentanyl pills and more than 1,000 lbs of fentanyl powder in 7 California counties, alone. That’s 10% of the drug seized nationwide!

Get this, federal agents in LA seized 38 MILLION deadly doses of the drug which is enough to kill EVERY resident in the counties of LA, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara!

And this isn’t just a California problem. The CDC estimates 150 people die EVERY SINGLE DAY from overdoses related to synthetic opioids like fentanyl.

We have a 1.7 trillion dollar Omnibus Spending Bill and what in it is going to address this? There’s certainly nothing in it that’s gonna secure our border and keep these drugs out.

Our leaders turn the other cheek as Americans die and we keep voting for them anyway.
