Stanford’s Forbidden Words

Stanford University released a long list of forbidden words and there’s a good chance you and I say all of them and we aren’t stopping!

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

Words trigger Liberals. We know this.

But now Stanford University is taking censorship to a new and even more ridiculous level by releasing a list of forbidden words.

They call it the “Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative” and it’s as stupid as it sounds.

The goal of this list is to eliminate words and phrases that might upset someone, somewhere, at some time for some reason or another.

Let me recite a few of the words they’d like to erase: lame, tone-deaf, and walk-in- as they apparently offend those with disabilities.

Also included: spirit animal and tribe- as they may offend native peoples.

And of course, any word with the word “man” within it may offend non-men.

But here’s the best of the worst from this ridiculous list, the word “American.” Yes, Stanford says this term implies the US is more important than other American countries and therefore, we shouldn’t use it.

Well let me just say this Stanford, I AM PROUD THE BE AN AMERICAN, I WILL ALWAYS BE PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, AND I WILL ALWAYS REFER TO MYSELF AS…you guessed it..AN AMERICAN!
