Rep. Kat Cammack: Democrats Are Focusing Their Closing Message On The Issues No One’s Talking About
Florida Republican Congresswoman Kat Cammack joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain how Democrats have decided to base their closing message for the midterm elections on issues that are not top of mind for most voters throughout the country.
“I cannot tell you how many times I have been crisscrossing the country and people will come up to me in a gas station, in a grocery store, I was in a Target parking lot walking in McAllen, Texas, and a Democrat came up to me and said, hey, I’ve seen you before, and I just want to let you know that you guys need to do something about this economy. This is a Democrat saying this to me. I am telling you, no one is talking about climate change. No one is talking about abortion. They care about the fact that they can’t afford gas, that they can’t afford rent, and that groceries are through the roof, and that every time they go to the gas pump, it seems like it’s getting higher and higher instead of lower and lower. I don’t understand where the closing message is about the very thing that no one is talking about. And I saw Obama’s closing message the other day where he says, it really comes down to this. Who’s going to go and fight for your freedom? Well, it seems like the Left just wants to take away the freedoms, if you ask me.”
