Listen To The Full Interview Below:
Karl Rove, Former Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to President George W. Bush, Wall Street Journal Columnist, and Fox News Contributor joined the Guy Benson Show to give his analysis of the upcoming midterm elections as polls in important battleground races tighten.
Rove commented on Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying she believes the democrats’ will keep control of the House of Representatives saying,
“I was astonished. I mean, she’s a smart cookie. She’s a tough operator. And she’s got to know how bad things are out there for her side of the aisle. She’s she has to deal with these nervous members. And she sees the fundraising. She sees the polling. She’s been through. You know how many you know, 20 some odd elections for the House of Representatives. She’s she’s got to know what’s going on. So I think this is just a an attempt by the speaker to sort of rally the troops here and put a, you know a you know, upbeat face on things as they go into what’s going to be a bad election. I would be shocked. I would be astonished if the Democrats held the House.”
