Sandra Smith, co-anchor of America Reports on Fox News channel joined the Guy Benson Show to react to President Biden’s warning to oil and gas companies over price gouging in the wake of hurricane Ian.

Smith reacted to Biden’s comments by saying,

“It’s dangerous. It’s pure politics. And this is a supply and demand situation. And if there is a rise in gas or oil prices due to this storm right now, it is because there is a hit to some refining capacity that could happen. Right now, the path of the storm does not suggest that to be the case, that it will be widespread. It certainly could take some refining capacity offline and there could be a temporary rise in prices down there.”
