Brian Brenberg: The Inflation Reduction Act Isn’t Going To Save The Economy
Professor of Business and Economics at The King’s College in Manhattan Brian Brenberg joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his thoughts on the Biden administration celebrating the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act on the same day the Labor Department reported that the consumer price index rose 8.3 percent in August from a year ago.
“You’re watching for something interesting to come up when all the names are rolling and all we keep seeing is the same thing we saw the whole movie, more and more inflation. And now they’re unveiling the Inflation Reduction Act today. They just stepped in it because the report they got today tells us exactly what’s actually happening in this country, which is, everybody thought this was a gas and oil story in the summer. You know, you went from saying there’s no inflation problem to it’s transitory to, well, it’s just a gas and oil problem. And now you get today’s report. And what you find out is, it’s an everything problem.”
Plus, Brian and Jimmy talk about the Left’s religious-like obsession with fighting climate change. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
