Miranda Devine Reacts To Hunter Biden Probe Reaching ‘Critical Stage’

Miranda Devine, NY Post Columnist, Fox News Contributor & author of Laptop from Hell, Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide joined the Guy Benson Show to react to the Hunter Biden investigation looking into his foreign business deals and possible tax fraud has reached a ‘critical stage’.

Devine reacted to the latest developments in the hunter investigation saying,

“I guess that the slightly worrying aspect of this is that the grand jury was very active last summer, had a lot of people coming in testifying, and then it closed up shop. I’m told just last month that they may have had to reopen to bring back a couple of more witnesses who had conflicting testimony. But I mean, what are they waiting for? And the problem is that, you know, there’s a sort of an unwritten rule that you that you don’t have grand juries operate and you just suspend operations and certainly don’t don’t come out with indictments when you’re in the shadow of an election campaign in case it affects it politically. If it’s a political investigation and we’re coming up to a couple of weeks away, will be 90 days from the midterms. And, you know, a month later, it’ll be 60 days. So whether or not the grand jury at the David Weiss, the US attorney in Delaware, is slow walking this in order to get past the get past the midterms. That’s a question that would be improper. And he seems to have always behaved with great propriety. But again, he suspended operations around the 2020 presidential election in this probe so as not to influence it. And maybe they’re just not quite ready to bring out any potential indictments. In the next two weeks or the next.”
