UCLA Professor BLASTS Woke Academics

A UCLA professor quits his job and blasts the “woke takeover of education” on his way out.

Our education system from preschool to PHD is largely leftist, liberal and woke but now things are getting so bad even some professors are calling it quits.

At least that’s the case for UCLA Anthropology Professor, Joseph H Manson who announced his retirement in a blog post along with a scathing review of the sad and current state of academics.

In the post he said “the woke takeover of education has ruined academic life.”

Manson noted that starting in the late 2000s things on campus began to shift when leftist faculty members and students became “militant” with their approach.

Those professors who don’t go along with the woke ideology are ostracized, humiliated or even fired!

Sadly, none of his commentary is surprising. A YouGov poll published earlier this summer shows nearly half of Americans feel attending college makes people more liberal.

Duh!

Let’s just hope the system corrects itself before we lose more good professors to the claws of cancel culture and wokeism!
