War On Ukraine: NATO Expands To Russia’s Dismay

This week’s NATO summit in Madrid, Spain has been dominated by reaction to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. NATO leaders formally invited Finland and Sweden to join and promised to ramp up their military presence on the alliance’s eastern flank.
