Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX): Title 42 Isn’t The Actual Solution For The Border Crisis

Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) joined the Guy Benson Show to react to the temporary extension granted for title 42 to stay in place at the southern border.

Congressman Roy commented on the ruling of extending title 42 by saying,

“Title 42, a judge issues a ruling. That ruling is based on the Administrative Procedures Act. He’s probably right, but that’s a temporary extension, basically. The real problem is, is that Title 42 isn’t the actual solution for the border, Title 42 just represents the last vestige of security.”
