Shannon Bream on Protests Over SCOTUS Draft Opinion on Roe: We Have to Figure Out Where To Draw Lines

Pro-choice activists protested Saturday evening outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices Brett Kavanaugh and John Roberts, days after an unprecedented leak of a draft opinion revealed the country’s highest court plans to overturn Roe v. Wade. About 100 demonstrators, hoisting signs and chanting pro-choice slogans, marched from Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s house in Maryland, to Chief Justice John Roberts’ home nearby. There are even reports that Justice Samuel Alito has been moved to an undisclosed location with his family.

Rich Zeoli got reaction to this from Shannon Bream, chief legal correspondent & anchor of FOX News Channel’s (FNC) FOX News @ Night with Shannon Bream. Of the protests over the weekend Bream said the following:

“we have seen many iterations of this, the whole, you know, meet them at the gas pump and at the grocery store. And you don’t think that you have to decide as a society like what we’re okay with? Should we choose people at restaurants? Is that okay? It’s okay to go to the homes. Is it okay to talk to the kids? I mean, we have to figure out where to draw some lines, that there is actually federal law that that it bans you going to a judge’s place of work or their residence with the intent of trying to influence or harassment of voting a certain way. And I think a lot of people would have a good argument that we saw some of that this weekend.”
