War On Ukraine: Hundreds Of Civilians Killed Near Ukraine’s Capital
After Russian forces withdrew from a suburb of the capital of Kyiv, independent journalists found the streets littered with dead bodies. The dead were reported to be wearing civilian clothes, with hands tied behind their backs in what appeared to be execution-style murders. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Mark Montgomery, a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral & Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, who says these civilian deaths must be investigated as war crimes.
