“The one thing that I said when Trump was president was, I actually don’t mind the pointed questions. I don’t mind the skepticism. I just hope they focus this on every other person who occupies the Oval Office, because that’s what we need. That’s what this country has needed for a long time, not just deciding that people get a pass because they’re cool or they’re on our team. That’s not only nonsense, it’s very, very dangerous. And anyone who wants that much power deserves twice as much scrutiny.”
