Mark Brnovich: We’re About To See A Massive Wave Of Illegal Immigration If Biden Lifts Title 42

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to react to reports the Biden administration is planning to lift Title 42, a COVID-19 pandemic-era public health order which allows officials to expel migrants who try to cross the U.S. Southern border.

“It was one of the few effective tools that we still have around now to try to fight illegal immigration and this surge. And so the Biden administration, we’ve sued them over everything from getting rid of the public charge policy to stopping building the wall, to the case we won just last week on the permanent guidance where they’re not deporting people, deportation orders. So they’re eviscerating everything. And this is one of the last things we have standing left. And now the Biden administration is saying they’re going to scrap and get rid of it. And I know from talking to the border sheriffs or people in Border Patrol, they literally think it’s going to double the amount of people coming into the country illegally. So it’s going to create another one of these massive tidal waves. And you know, we’re talking about two million people illegally entering the country last year. We could literally see almost double that in a year if we eliminate this.”
