Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss Biden’s Supreme Court pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson’s first day of testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Senator Cornyn chided Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s reluctance to answer Republican’s court-packing questions saying,

“Absolutely. She’s got nowhere to hide. As you point out, Justice Breyer, Justice Ginsburg both condemned it because it would politicize the court, and it’s not a case that would come before the court, so she can’t dodge on that basis. So we’re going to insist upon an answer to that question.”
