Rep. Kevin Hern: Biden’s Video Isn’t Matching The Audio That He’s Telling The American People
Oklahoma Republican Congressman Kevin Hern joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain how President Biden’s policies have hurt the economy and contributed to the soaring gas prices people throughout the country are experiencing right now.
“You think back just 14, 15 months ago, we had President Trump’s policies that kept us out of war for four years. First president in decades that had not had a war started under his watch, in fact he took on the red line that President Obama had put out there in Syria. You look at our gas prices, an all-time low. And you know, they talked about President Trump being catered to the fossil fuel industry. The price per barrel of oil was low. The price at the pump was low. This sounds to me like he’s taking care of the American people. Our inflation was under two percent. People had real wage growth under him, the lowest unemployment in some 50 years. Now you take a look at it right now, what’s going on? People tried to retire because of COVID, and now they’ve seen their retirement plan since January 1st in the last three months decreased by some 10 percentage points. People are having to go back and get educated to go work in their 50s and 60s because their retirement funds are being depleted. This President has no clue about what it’s really like to be an American either, when it’s tough.”
Later, actor Nick Searcy checks in and tells Jimmy what it’s like being a conservative working in Hollywood. He also discusses his new documentary on the January 6th Capitol riots.
