Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) Sounds Off On The Pentagon Rejecting Poland’s Plan To Send Fighter Jets To Ukraine

Congressman Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) joined the Guy Benson Show to react to the latest developments in the war between Russia and Ukraine and discuss news that the Pentagon rejected Poland’s plan to send fighter jets to help aid Ukraine.

Congressman Crenshaw sounded off saying,

“I’m disgusted by it. I’m absolutely disgusted by it. I cannot believe that we’re not willing to do the easiest things to do help the Ukrainians. Now to your earlier point, this is not what the Russians thought it would be. This is what the world thought it would be. The world probably thought that Russia would take over rather quickly and dominate in a ground war and has failed, utterly failed to do so. The only place Russia has an advantage is in the air, and it’s quite easy to reverse that advantage. I mean, we didn’t think it would be easy, but it turns out it is. And all you have to do is give the Ukrainians the tools they need to fight back. And if we’re not willing to do that, I don’t I don’t know what has happened to the backbone of our country. I really don’t because you got people on both sides who just who think that anything is escalatory, escalate to what to a ground war where European capitals are being bombed. You mean that kind of escalation?”
