Leo Terrell: Biden’s Georgia Voting Rights Speech Is A Red Herring

Fox News contributor and civil rights attorney Leo Terrell joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to weigh in on the Biden administration’s push to pass nationwide voting rights legislation.

Biden and Vice President Harris traveled to Georgia on Tuesday to make their pitch to the America people. Both have previously claimed the right to vote is under attack in certain states. This as Democrats are attempting to makes changes to the Senate filibuster in order to pass these voting rights bills According to Leo, there is no truth to the assertion that certain people are being denied their right to cast a ballot. He thinks the purpose of the President’s speech is to distract people from his administration’s many policy failures.

“We’re not in 1965. It’s all done to divert the attention away from his horrible presidency. This COVID fake scare. You’ve got Afghanistan, inflation, the Southern border. He can’t even deliver a State of the Union Address right now.  Then he’s going down there with his partner in crime, the most unqualified Vice President ever. They have been a disaster in year one. ”

Later, Leo explains why he does not think Vice President Harris will be on the Democratic ticket in 2024.

Media columnist for The Hill and Fox News contributor Joe Concha also stops by to talk about the White House’s messaging crisis, particularly when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. He and Jimmy discuss why they feel Biden’s claims about voter suppression are unfounded.
