Evening Edition: Remnants Of Ida Causes Deadly Flooding In The Northeast

The once tropical cyclone, Hurricane Ida, brought torrential rain to the Northeast Wednesday causing flooding that killed more than twenty people, submerged subway lines and swept away cars. Water rescues were still being conducted today for people trapped in their homes and vehicles.
