Admiral James Stavridis (Ret) former Supreme Allied Commander at NATO and author of “2034: A Novel of the Next World War” tells Brian Kilmeade he feels the decision to pull troops out of Afghanistan is a strategic miscalculation that will cost us in the long term. Stavridis says the mission is not over in Afghanistan and worries about the Afghan forces being able to prevent a resurgence of al Qaeda once we pull out. Stavridis believes there is a one in three chance there will be a positive outcome if we fund the Afghan security forces and provide them with support and training. Conversely, Stavridis says there is a two in three chance the wheels come off and Afghanistan heads into a civil war.
