Jon Taffer, Host and Executive Producer of Bar Rescue, spoke with Brian Kilmeade about how extending unemployment benefits is causing an employee shortage for businesses across the country. Taffer believes once restaurants are allowed to return to 100% capacity, which he believes will be by the summer, we will see a roaring 20’s boom in the industry. Taffer also spoke about some of the covid protocols for restaurants that he feels will stay once the pandemic is over such as facemasks in kitchens, hand sanitizer stations and curbside delivery.
