Alan Dershowitz joined Brian Kilmeade to discuss why he believes the prosecution overcharged its case against Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd going for second degree murder. Dershowitz also weighed in on the fatal shooting of Daunte Wright and his belief the officer who shot Wright should never be prosecuted because she made an honest mistake which is not a crime. Dershowitz feels if Officer Kim Potter is prosecuted it would be purely political. Dershowitz also expressed his worry if President Biden packs the Supreme Court with progressives who don’t care about due process and free speech it will mark the end of our Constitution.
