Mercedes Schlapp, Senior Advisor for the Trump Pence 2020 Campaign, spoke to Brian Kilmeade about why she feels the momentum is with President Trump heading into Election Day. Schlapp says the president has closed the gaps in key battleground states and feels the Trump campaign’s ground game will make the difference. When asked which battle ground state she is most confident in, she feels more confident in winning Pennsylvania especially because of Joe Biden’s stance on fracking and fossil fuels. The state Mercedes worries about is Michigan but does feel President Trump will carry the state because the campaign is attracting a lot more black voters than people think.
