President Donald Trump is wrapping up his tour of Asia during which he met with the President of China, Xi Jinping, to discuss trade, North Korea and a major weapons deal. Many that focused on the possibility of President Trump meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin may have missed what was actually accomplished.
