“A Pulitzer Prize winner went on national TV criticizing Trump’s comments about Lincoln. The Washington Post writer said absurd history criticizing Donald Trump because he said that if Andrew Jackson had been president later, perhaps, there wouldn’t have been a Civil War, but Donald Trump is exactly right. Andrew Jackson said ‘give me an army I will invade South Carolina and hang the first secessionist I find from the nearest tree.’ That was thirty years before the civil war, they just don’t know their history.”
