Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) On Sanctuary Cities: No Mayor Has The Right To Pick & Choose What Laws To Enforce

Congressman Lou Barletta (R-PA) spoke with Kilmeade & Friends fill in host Mary Walter about the bill he introduced last week, “Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, H.R. 83” which would stop any federal funding for sanctuary cities. Rep Barletta is hopeful Congress will get behind the bill and send it to President-elect Trump’s desk. Barletta says in order to put pressure on politicians who violate federal law, his bill would require the Attorney General to publish a yearly list of sanctuary cities and those who are on the list will be barred from federal funding until they stop violating federal laws.
