White House border czar Tom Homan joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to New York Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doubling down on her call to abolish ICE.
“They want to keep calling for the abolishment of ICE, well, look, then maybe you need to abolish Congress, because ICE is enforcing the laws Congress wrote, Congress enacted, and then the president signed. Nothing has changed. I mean, now, they’re angry because we’re ruining their long-term plans. We’re removing the millions of people that they turned a blind eye to through four years of historic illegal immigration. You know, they’re complicit in that. Didn’t say a word, and people didn’t understand. They haven’t changed a bit. You know with millions of people illegally released into the United States on the last administration, what are they focusing now? To abolish an agency who’s in charge of finding and deporting them after they had due process from an immigration judge. You get rid of the ICE. Who’s going to remove illegal immigrants in this country? Who’s gonna remove criminal illegal immigrants? Who’s wanna stop gun trafficking? Who’s going to stop sex trafficking and women and children across that border? Who’s gonna stop the fentanyl that comes across that boarder? ICE seized more fentanyl killed every American three times. It’s just a ridiculous concept to talk about abolishing ICE. Because I say it a thousand times, we’re doing the same thing we did in 1984, when I first started. We’re enforcing the Immigration Nationality Act, which was written by Congress.”
