Evening Edition: President Trump Won’t Rule Out More Strikes on Iran
President Trump says he is confident the war with Iran will end soon and the United States will come out on the winning side. He added that he has not ruled out more airstrikes but oil prices will fall sharply once the conflict does end and that Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s speech to the U.N. General Assembly, last week, said Tehran is ready to resume fighting but remains open to diplomacy, including submitting its nuclear program for international inspection.
